Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween to all our Spooktacular customers. We hope you have a terrifyingly great time.

Coming this Halloween, be prepared to face and defeat the Grim Reaper (your competitor) Rising from the shadows, every year the Grim Reaper heads out to poison and fright many to the bone! It’s your job to protect and we can provide you with a secret weapon of mass destruction. This October use CaaSper the friendly ghost to overcome his dark shadow. CaaSper is made up of 4 magic treats; Mobiles, Hosted Telephony, Video and Office 365. These 4 unnerving services come together to cook up a load of mischief that the Grim Reaper would squeal at.

To find out how to give your competitors the fright of their life, contact one of our friendly pumpkins (Account Managers) today, or watch a less scary version of our CaaSper products.

90 Minutes in the Cloud

On the 9th of October, as part of Leeds Business week in Partnership with FirstNet Data Centre, we ran our very own networking/ information morning. With a set agenda of 90 Minutes, we saw speakers from FirstNet Data Centre, Avaya and even from our Sales Director Phil Pinder. Included in the morning was a demo of Avaya’s Release 11, a demo of cloud services on the Nutanix platform and a tour of the data centre.

The information given was to help customers to demystify the cloud and to show how easy and quick the transition to the cloud is. The event was also to demonstrate that the cloud isn’t as costly as AWS and Microsoft Azure. In fact, FirstNet beat these two companies with transparent and hugely competitive pricing, and a bonus is that you actually know exactly where your information is.

Staff Anniversaries

This month marks 2 anniversaries for two members of staff from our Sales department. Between the pair, our two external account managers have racked up 6 years of service at Logical Telecom. Darren Bean joined Logical this time last year to co account manage half of our existing customer base. This is Darren’s first time in an Account Management role, and he has enjoyed learning an array of new products whilst also learning about each and everyone of his accounts and their specific needs. A bit of background about Darren, he is a keen Road Cyclist, Rugby League Super Fan and also a new dad. We hope you join us in congratulating Darren on his first year.

Adam Pinder joined Logical 5 years ago fresh from the culinary world. Since day one Adam has taken on a few different titles but has always stayed a part of the Sales department. Throughout his journey he has picked up and learnt a lot about the different products we sell and, even helped bring on board new products. His wealth of knowledge has allowed him to understand all the requirement of our existing and new customers. Whilst also working at Logical, Adam has always been a Liverpool and Huddersfield Town supporter and has taken to travelling around the world with his wife. Again, we hope you join us on congratulating Adam on his years of service.
